VINTAGE 1940 ARTHUR WARDLE ‘ENGLISH SETTERS’ MOUNTED PLAYERS CIGARETTE CARD

• Beautiful vintage Players Cigarette Card print entitled ‘ENGLISH SETTERS’.
• From the 1940 series ‘DOGS’, consisting of 25 prints, all from original drawings by Arthur Wardle.
• Printed signature ‘Arthur Wardel’ signature shown in lower centre area of card (please see photos).
• Mounted using tape to the back of black bevelled edge thick card front mount.
• No frame or backboard included in this sale.
• Measuring approximately 16cm tall, 14cm wide (outer mount edge dimensions). Inner card approximately 8cm tall, 6.5cm wide.
• Card and mount both in excellent condition, although there is a light crease running horizontally through middle of card. The mounting has very slight gaps at the edges, but would be very hard to see once flattened in a frame – PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR CONDITION.
• A beautiful vintage Arthur Wardle mounted cigarette card, which would look lovely in any home or on display.
