• 4x Original vintage black and white postcards depicting different forms of mail transport over the years.
• All dated 19th September 1987, celebrating the 40 years of Marple & District Philatelic Society.
• All unused, with stamp on verso reading ‘SPONSORED BY GEORGE THORPE & CO.’
• All postcard size (approximately 15cm by 10.5cm).
• All in good condition, some light marking on fronts in places (mainly on top white area of train carriage card) – PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR CONDITION.
• A great set of vintage mail transport postcards, which would make brilliant additions to any collection or display.
