• Showing large architectural building (location unknown), with surrounding front facade and driveway.
• Signed and dated in pen in lower left hand area, ‘a.m. 1944’.
• Painted on  grey drawing paper, ripped along top and left hand edge, and crudely cut around remaining two edges.
• Measuring approximately 40.5cm tall by 62cm wide (Outer mount edge measurements).
• No frame, front mount or backboard included in this sale.
• Drawing itself in good condition, although edges are ripped as previously mentioned. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR CONDITION.
