- Beautiful original Victorian cast iron nutcracker in the shape of a dog.
- Made in two halves, with central horizontal screw, the tail acts as a lever to open and close the dogs mouth and crack nutshells.
- Embossed text on handle reading ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’, with other side reading ‘PATENT No. 273480’.
- Measuring approximately 23cm in length (including handle tail), and 10cm tall (at tallest point).
- Piece in good condition, nice patina to the cast iron metal – PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR CONDITION.
